**Your superior**:
This position reports to the Marketing Manager.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualisation and execution of social media and content strategies for Omnia Office.
- Develop content for marketing campaigns, traditional and digital, across all platforms available for a wider reach towards the right target audiences
- Assist in managing social media platforms on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and Linkedin, which includes content creation, scheduling, community management, and performance tracking
- Stay up to date on current marketing trends in the service office industry
- Contribute fresh and innovative ideas for video content & content that can effectively engage our target audience and drive brand awareness.
- Play a role throughout the marketing cycle in positioning, messaging, and storytelling hence you will have to craft and curate with your creativity
- Pushing out video contents (Record & Edit videos)
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies (advertisement agencies) to develop creative assets, marketing materials, and promotional strategies within the marketing budget.
- Partner with agencies to drive marketing strategy and execution with clear content briefs
- Conduct trend studies and market research on business owner and entrepreneur’s behaviour
- Planning, monitoring and managing campaign budgets to ensure cost effectiveness, delivery of campaign requirements and improvement in marketing ROI
- Monitoring, evaluating and reporting campaign performance, providing analytical and strategic assessments, for continuous improvement.

**Requirements:
- **Local Polytechnic Diploma **and above or whichever is higher.
- **GOAL ORIENTED to achieve marketing objectives aggressively.**:

- **Proficient in Canva and other editing software.**:

- Confident with a dynamic personality
- Must be able to communicate effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative and critical thinker with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player that works well with internal and external partners
