**Job Scope**:

- Perform repairs and maintenance on a wide range of kitchen and refrigeration equipment, including but not limited to freezers, refrigerators, ice machines, soft serve machines, dishwashers, ovens, deep fryers, and air conditioning systems.
- Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, and other wooden fixtures used in outlets and offices.
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment using welding tools, cutters, shapers, and measuring instruments.
- Manage and perform routine maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing works.
- Conduct periodic inspections, cleaning, and servicing of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and supervise external contractors for maintenance works, ensuring compliance with safety and operational requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to work **6 days a week**and on **Public Holidays**(Every Tuesday will be the designated off day).
- Minimum Professional Certificate or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar industry, specializing in electrical, carpentry, repair, and maintenance.
- Proficient in handling electrical systems and machinery, including kitchen equipment, refrigerators, air conditioning, lighting, and plumbing.
- Hands-on experience is required.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
