**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers
- Handle all customers enquiries timely and effectively and unsure customer satisfaction
- Check all shipment documentation for export purpose and destination clearance
- Ensure that all AED (ADVANCE EXPORT DECLARATION) submitted on time
- Booked flight with secure space and maintains communication with airlines
- Arrange collection with contractor as per customer request and ensure that collection completed by same day
- Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly
- Check Address customer concerns, trouble shoot errors, provide timely feedback on service failures and follow up on escalations.

**Requirements**:

- Possess minimum 'O' level education
- Minimum 2 years working in freight forwarding
- Customer oriented with excellent follow up
- Good interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Able to work in fast paced environment
