Responsbilities
- Manages, motivates, set objectives & provides leadership to a group of skilled engineers and technicians.
- lead engineers and technicians in maintaining various engineering tools and lab operations in accordance with the standards
- Maximize equipment uptime and put in place BKMs to the engineering tools and lab operations.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to map up engineering equipment & lab infrastructure requirements.
- Optimize lab space & ensure good practices in place for lab layout & design planning.
- lead the local team in deploying & adopting Global GEL initiatives deployment & BKMs.
- Monitor KPIs and lead the team in continuous improvements & BKMs.
- Lead internal & external lab audits & ensure engineering equipment and lab operations are compliance and always audit ready.
- Manages engineering product tracking & work with stakeholders to ensure lab security measures are in place.
- Cultivate growth mindset and positive work culture to the organization.

Requirement

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years’ full time working experience in semiconductor engineering.
- Experience in Semiconductor lab set-up, engineering equipment systems & up-to-date knowledge of the industry.
- Proven track record in technical and leadership mentorship.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Exposure to working in lab & engineering support for high-volume manufacturing sites & fast-paced environment.
