As a Waiter, your primary duty is to provide good customer service, take orders and deliver food. In most situations, you are expected to answer questions regarding the menu working closely with other wait staff and the kitchen to ensure the restaurant is operated efficiently. **Duties**: - Handle wait staff related problems and work to resolve them in a positive and professional way. - Supervise a section in a restaurant. - Take order from customer in a restaurant. - Make sure proper service standard is being carried out by subordinate. - Make sure that the customer is satisfied with service. - Give proper use to the operating unit and keep it perfectly clean. - Inform the supervisor or manager needs, comments and suggestions from customers and guests. - Report missing operating and equipment that is dirty or damaged. - Maintain a perfect working relationship with interrelated departments. - Keep your station clean and tidy and conducts its daily assignment. - Make sure you have all the tools you need before starting your turn. - Is informed of the groups at home, promotions are carried out in the restaurant and hotel regardless of shift. - Take orders quickly and effectively in compliance with the standards. - Serve food and beverages in an orderly manner without disturbing the host or client. - He knows the point of sale system and uses it correctly according to the directives of the manager. - Listen to our Guests / Clients with a positive service attitude and always meet their expectations. - Use good hygiene that dictates the "HACCP program" - At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
