Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. **About the Team**:
- The Regional Marketing Solutions team is responsible for online marketing strategy and the growth of solutions across external and internal media channels for brands. The role requires strong knowledge of the digital media, paid-owned-earned media models and performance marketing to drive growth for brands on Shopee.
As a regional client partner, you will play a consulting role to brands for their marketing and media strategies on Shopee, with the goal of helping brands to achieve their business objectives & targets by leveraging Shopee’s full suite of marketing solutions and services. Besides brands, you will also work closely with various regional and local cross functional teams, including commercial and product teams.
- Act as a marketing consultant to regional brands on Shopee, to help them achieve their business goals
- Build and strengthen partnerships with regional brands, overseeing their marketing strategy, media planning, and campaign performance on Shopee
- Adopt a data-driven mindset to monitor, optimise the tracking and measurement of brands’ performance and identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with the Regional Brand Partnership team for client pitching and day-to-day support on marketing-related issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the rollout and adoption of new products and features
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing
- 1-3 years’ experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
- Solid knowledge of online marketing channels in SEA, including Facebook, Google and TikTok
- Excellent analytic skills and be sensitive to numbers with a problem-solving mindset
- Good storytelling and logical thinking in presentations, documents & data analysis
- Good at stakeholder management and able to influence decision-making
- A fast learner and collaborative team player. Able to thrive in a dynamic work environment
- Experience in online platforms / ecommerce would be a plus
