JR20407 TECHNICIAN, IPQC

As an IPQC Inspector, he/she is responsible for performing in-line, real-time standard procedure compliance as well as process and product quality monitors. In this role you will provide continuous feedback to facilitate process and product quality improvements and maintain high quality standards in manufacturing. Also will supporting ESD and Cleanroom verification tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform In-Process Quality Check audit routines Contribute to a Quality first and safe work environment Forster teamwork and self-discipline to improve work efficiency
- Monitor process and operation compliance with relevant procedures and standards.
- Shiftly audit which covers general item (6S, ESD, Cleanroom) and process items (SOP).
- Record audit finding in audit tool and provide timely feedback to relevant department leaders.
- Support for ESD and Cleanroom regular activities and buyoff new item.
- Responsible in 6S at own work are/workstation to ensure 6S tip top condition at any time
- Follow and comply to defined procedure to ensure full compliance at work
- Follow and comply to safety procedures and area work rules (including use of proper PPE and chemical safety)
- Be sensitive to any abnormality; feedback to on any suspicious or abnormality
- Identify area of improvement, make suggestions to increase quality and efficiency of processes as well to prevent any non-compliance/non-conformance products
- Demonstrate sense of urgency to support and complete allocated task
- Able to support coverage during break or rest day as necessary
- Be discipline and adhere to HR policy. Always communicate with supervisor for any planned or unplanned attendance.

**Qualification Qualification**:

- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Preferable with 1 year experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing environment and quality-relevant functions
- Able to communicate and understand basic English and Bahasa Malaysia
