**Incident Response Team Analyst, APAC Responsibilities**:

- Bring operational excellence to a team that evaluates threat, risk and user privacy in world centered around time critical emergency escalations
- Review and assess inbound emergency escalations
- make immediate decisions based on variety of complex factors that will include imminence, sensitive issues and graphic content and coordinate with a number of internal and external partners including law enforcement in an attempt to ensure user’s safety
- Work with sensitive issues and content that includes child exploitation, graphic violence, self-injury and suicide and other content which may be considered offensive or disturbing
- Create and articulate written and/or verbal responses to questions from law enforcement, government agencies, and internal teams regarding Incident Response policy and process
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive improvements to policies and processes across teams
- Availability to work weekend days on a rotational basis or a regular schedule of either Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Proven ability to make important decisions independently and multi-task under pressure, respond quickly to changing situations in complex environments without compromising quality
- Proven ability to analyse information to assess threat and risk
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, should be able to adapt communication style to suit different stakeholders like cross-functional teams and law enforcement
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 2 to 3+ years of relevant experience in investigative or analytical roles
- Experience with social media, analytical tools and online research
- Self-starter requiring mínimal direction

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with Crisis Management, Government Agencies or Law Enforcement
- Project Management, Operations or Process Improvement Experience
- Multiple language proficiency to deal with Foreign Law Enforcement / Government Agencies
