About Trust & Safety

About the team
The APAC Quality team at Trust and Safety is responsible for the strategy, governance, and operations performance of Content Review's extended workforce across the region. The team makes it agile and efficient for the T&S team to engage with our suppliers, providing on-boarding, training, standards, and guidelines to keep our community safe.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop moderation quality processes and strategies by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement a comprehensive moderation quality strategy that aligns with the company's values, policies, and industry best practices
- Define and establish clear quality standards and metrics for moderation operation (including metrics definition, target setting, etc.)
- Work closely with cross functional teams, coordinate Quality Assurance resources for global projects with cross border leaders, and ensure their smooth implementation
- Lead strategic quality initiatives by planning, organizing, and partnering with business leaders from design to execution phase.
- Proactively identify issues and improvement areas in enhancements, offer valuable insights, lead strategic initiatives, and analyze current moderation processes, tools, and policies for better quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Lead and drive transformational initiatives to optimize moderation practices, including process redesign, technology implementation, and automation strategies

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education is required
- Proven experience in quality process design, along with strong understanding of quality metrics
- Proven experience in project management
- Strategic thinker with experience in identifying and leading programs to improve business performance
- Proven experience in demonstrating strong problem solving skills along with strong adaptability to changes
- Proven experience in demonstrating strong stakeholder management skillsets
- Excellent exceptional communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience working on content quality, safety or policy for major tech/media companies is preferred
- Experience working with regional stakeholders is preferred
