**Senior User Interface Architect
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the UE Design of Carbon-management series SaaS software products.
- Cooperate with sales, marketing, product and solution teams to lead the early concept design, make storyboards and product prototypes;
- Starting from user scenarios, understand the core business needs in the product line, explore deeper user goals and solutions, optimize product usability, and improve user experience; and be able to track product implementation progress and be responsible for the end-user experience of the product;
- In-depth understanding of the definition of various business data indicators of the product, combined with the qualitative feedback of customers and business data analysis and problem discovery:

- Effectively precipitate the design into reusable design specifications to improve long-term work efficiency;
- Disassemble design projects effectively, coordinate team members to complete design work according to established goals, and ensure high-quality design delivery.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor Degree or equivalent, more than 3 years working experience, experience in enterprise-level and industrial software design projects is preferred;
- Rich experience in software interaction design, excellent aesthetic and basic visual design skills, familiar with quantitative and qualitative research and analysis methods, understanding of technology implementation and software engineering;
- Have a big picture, have a sense of product, and be able to find balance and break through innovative solutions under complex constraints;
- Good at working with different teams, able to communicate and coordinate to solve practical problems, promote product innovation
