Associate, Product Operations

Airwallex is looking for a Product Operations Associate, who will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our customers, commercial and product teams. As a core member of the Global Product Strategy team, you will get to directly contribute to the direction of Airwallex’s product strategy, proposition and build out this function.

**Responsibilities**:

- Setup and facilitate product planning processes to ensure roadmaps are defined in accordance with the overarching Airwallex strategy with a clear understanding of target customers and their needs
- Play an instrumental role in delivering great product to market in close collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, legal, pricing with the right feedback loops to learn and pivot our product
- Embed robust ways of working, best practices and capabilities across product, commercial and strategy teams to deliver on initiatives effectively
- Create scalable product rituals, meetings and cadences that are optimised to increase speed to market and improve team and org culture
- Work with each product and data team to define and build tracking tools for product roadmap objectives and key results

**What you will bring**:

- 2+ years of experience with part of that in either a top-tier strategy consulting firm or product operations or program management at a fast growing tech company
- Self-starter that can identify and prioritize opportunities to focus on - You are willing to roll up sleeves and go deep into the assigned problem
- Track record of collaborating across teams - You can effectively partner with sales, operations, design, marketing, product and data analytics
- Strong written and spoken communication skills - you’re able to articulate complex concepts in a simple way
- Strong program management skills - ability to design, setup and run complex processes across teams and levels
- Technology, financial services and experience in a high growth environment is good to have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
