**A1 Main Con** **listed on SGX Mainboard with>40 years of experience**: - **5 days work week**: - **North-East location** **Responsibilities**: - Reviews tender documents/requests for proposals to understand project details and requirements; - **Provides detailed and accurate quantity and component take-offs against the drawings as specified In the tender document**: - Lead the QS and responsible for tender cost estimation - **Sourcing materials and send quotation inquiries to the vendors and subcontractors, comparison of quotes, review of prices, to ensure comply to tender requirement**: - Liaise and carry out evaluation and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors - **Study and identify discrepancies in tender/contract documents and raise queries for clarifications.**: - Compile all documents required for submission.
