**Core Operations**:
1) PO/CMR/RSU
- With new IPB GL/CO created, changes to transactions posting/ manual entries/ settlement and chargeback dispute transaction codes are expected to be extensively tested and verified.
- Regulatory reports - These will include payment statistics (semi-annual and quarterly), GRITT (remote gambling act) and MAS643 daily reports will be segregated for IPB under ICG reporting. Extensive testing and verification are required to ensure data accuracy.
- IPB will be changing to use CNA BIC: CITISGSG and Bank Code: 7214 for Giro/FAST/Paynow, MEPS, TT and cheque. Extensive end to end testing including functional, industry conversion validation, treasury funding and settlement.

2) DS/OSG
- Extensive liaising and testing with various vendors on the tech changes for statement, advices, Debit/ATM card, cheque book.
- With the GL changes, all parameters which contains GL would require massive update or verification.

3) SAMS
- Testing and verification are required to ensure no impact on US Tax requirements (example: FATCA 945, 1042, 8966 & CRS) and in processing regulatory orders.
- Regression testing to ensure account opening/day 2 check and maintenance still function as it is.

4) SPO
- Regression testing of Insurance, Deposit/PA and FX including booking, monitoring and reconciliation of GL.

5) All Core Operations Departments
- Operational reports will be required to split as IPB and GCG data can’t be reside in same report. All operational reports must be identified and review for changes, testing and verification.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Support/Ensure smooth delivery and implementation for Core Operations after IPB LE move to CNA in various IPB functions which are supported by Core Operations.

2. Able to provide strong project management to ensure timely implementation & quality standards of new systems/enhancements for continuous improvement in operations processes and business growth.

3. Work with system developers to assess and resolve technical challenges.

4. Coordinate and work closely with business and technology stakeholders on the project business requirements, schedules, and implementation.

5. Perform quality assurance during system integration works.

6. Conduct extensive end-to-end testing for various Core Operations functions and verifying UAT testing results to ensure no impact to Core Operations post IPB LE move to CNA.
