Our sustainability team is growing rapidly within the region, and we currently seeking a
- **Singapore Sustainability Leader** to fulfil a key role in our Asian operations leading our Singapore sustainability team. This role is an exciting opportunity to lead the successful growth of our Singapore sustainability team in delivering projects across our Built Environment, Transport, Water and Energy sectors. You will report into the East Asia Sustainability Leader.
- It is a dynamic and progressive office involved in both local, and international projects. We have successful projects delivering low carbon solutions across different portfolios and assets, ranging from global decarbonisation strategies to asset-specific net-zero plans. Your role will see you work in a professional global consultancy, working closely with our multidisciplinary engineers and consultant teams. - You will be supporting a growing number of projects and liaising directly with our business leaders in the Built Environment, Transport, Water and Energy sectors, both locally, and in the region**The responsibilities of this key business role will include**:

- Oversight of projects, ensuring delivery of technical deliverables on-time and within budget
- Managing and growing the Sustainability business in Singapore
- Winning work, and growing team capabilities
- Leading strategy works and creation of methodologies and approach for decarbonisation projects
- Management and co-ordination of green building assessments such as Green Mark, LEED and WELL.
- Scoping and ensuring delivery of Building Physics and Building Performance Analysis such as energy modelling, thermal comfort, daylight and glare, and CFD.
- Development of bespoke sustainability strategies for specific organisations and projects
- Feasibility and master planning; helping our clients frame up sustainable strategies and visioning.
- Technical analysis of energy and sustainability strategies for both new and existing buildings.
- Be a trusted advisor to clients on our key accounts
- Support and cultivate cross sector opportunities in our Transport, Water and Energy businesses in Singapore.
- Work closely with other MM regional and international offices

In addition, you will be expected to proactively participate in business development activities, project management, financial management and business leadership activities. Mott MacDonald is actively pushing the boundaries in our Digital solutions, and part of the role will be to ensure that we continue to integrate digital solutions into the way we deliver our work.

**About you**
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with proven experience in reasoning and presenting a convincing argument
- Significant experience with Building Physics and Performance analytical tools
- Knowledge of sustainability framework, ESG reporting, GHG Protocol and similar framework.
- Preferably have experience in GRI, GRESB, SBTi and EU Taxonomy
- Significant experience working in sustainability projects in Singapore
- Proven network and presence in Singapore market
- Adaptable, with a methodical and problem-solving mind
- Have a keen interest and enthusiasm for sustainability
- Be a versatile and quick thinker
- Show willingness and ability to pick up new concepts quickly
- Be proactive and motivated personality to self-improve
- Good time management and multi-tasking skills
