Job Overview We are seeking an experienced, strategically visionary, and deeply knowledgeable Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the overall financial strategy management and operations of Airwallex Financing Holding (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. This role will involve leading financial strategic planning, capital structure optimization, and investment decision support as a core member of the management team, ensuring the company maintains financial health and compliance during rapid expansion. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional leadership skills, deep financial expertise, and outstanding business acumen. Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy Leadership: Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to support business decisions and long-term development goals; lead financial modeling, budget planning, and performance analysis. Capital Management: Optimize the company's capital structure and asset allocation; manage liquidity and investment portfolios to ensure maximum efficiency in capital utilization. Investment Decision Support: Provide professional financial analysis and evaluation for strategic investments and M&A projects; participate in transaction structure design and due diligence. Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure all financial reports comply with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards; maintain good relationships with auditors and regulatory agencies. Risk Management: Establish and improve the financial risk management system, including market risk, credit risk, and liquidity risk management. Team Building: Lead and develop a high-caliber finance team; build a team culture of continuous learning and innovation. Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage communication and relationships with key stakeholders such as the board of directors, investors, and financial institutions. Job Requirements Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, holding CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification. Over 12 years of financial management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior financial management position at a multinational financial institution, investment holding company, or well-known technology company. Demonstrate outstanding capabilities in financial strategy, capital management, investment analysis, and risk management. Proficient in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards, with extensive experience in regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership and team management skills, capable of effectively motivating and developing a high-caliber team. Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen, enabling the seamless integration of financial analysis and business decision-making. Fluent in English and Mandarin, possessing excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to handle complex problems and make critical decisions under pressure.
