Associate Director of Fund Management

Our client, a well-established fund services provider, is looking to hire an Associate Director for the Hedge Fund Services team in Singapore. Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth reviews of documentation and communications for designated client portfolios, exhibiting comprehensive knowledge of pertinent issues and full compliance with established protocols. Contribute to the development, deployment, and monitoring of internal controls and operational frameworks, while assessing risks and assigning appropriate priorities. Establish subject matter expertise in selected domains, mentor team members through knowledge dissemination and training initiatives Pursue cross-selling prospects in collaboration with the business development team. Serve as the primary client account manager/point of contact, and independently coordinate with other vendors and offshore legal firms. Requirements: 6+ years of relevant fund services experience i.e. Fund Administration, Fund Accounting, etc Substantial client service experience with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in reviewing fund governing documentation and financial statements Familiarity with Cayman Islands laws and regulations relevant to funds and entities, i.e. the Economic Substance Act, Mutual Funds Act, Private Funds Act, AML Regulations, FATCA, and CRS etc
