Presently we are currently working with a Global Investment Management firm who is seeking a Vice President, Private Credit professional to add to their team here in Singapore. This is a new role a part of their expansion in the Singapore market. Responsibilities of the VP, Private Credit include: Lead end-to-end syndication process for private credit transactions from pre-marketing and investor engagement to documentation, execution. Close collaboration with private credit origination and wealth management teams to design syndication strategies and engage institutional investors, private credit funds, and family offices. Develop new and maintain existing relationships with key syndicate investors and intermediaries. Requirements of the VP, Private Credit include: Circa 3+ years of experience in private credit syndication or illiquid loan sales in multinational banks Credit structuring and underwriting expertise needed Advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or equivalent) in finance, economics, or a related field.
