You will be working in teams within our business units, support functions, technology teams, or operations, where you will be immersed in the real-world operations of a leading financial institution. This hands-on journey will provide diverse exposure and practical skills within your chosen area. What You'll Gain: Real-World Banking Experience: 6 months of hands-on learning within a leading banking environment Mentorship & Guidance: Dedicated mentorship and insights from experienced industry professionals. Industry Exposure: Familiarity with best practices, tools, and methodologies in the financial sector. Who We Are Looking For: We seek bright, motivated, and driven individuals with a strong desire to learn and contribute. You should be: A proactive learner with a curious mind and a passion for the financial industry. A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Resilient, adaptable, and eager to take on new challenges. Applicant Eligibility: Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident. Graduated in 2024 or 2025 from Universities, Polytechnics, Institutes of Technical Education (ITE), or other Educational Institutions (e.g., private universities and overseas institutions). Alternatively, graduated earlier from the above institutions and completed National Service in 2024 or 2025.
