Skills and Competencies Proven track record of sales production and quota attainment, preferably within the financial services and corporate sector Knowledge of Singaporean banks, large corps and experience working with clients in the ASEAN region, primarily Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia Strong track record in opening up new markets and winning new logos Previous experience in selling Compliance and Regulatory solutions (live registry reports, Client Life Cycle Management, screening solutions, supplier risk, third party risk management etc) is preferred and strong knowledge of Fincrime-related products Proven record in navigating complex sales cycles rather than transactional sales and creative problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use Education Undergraduate Degree with at least 8 years' experience in consultative selling with the ability to influence key decision-makers Responsibilities The role will generate new KYC, Compliance, Third Party Risk, and data domain-related business, providing expert knowledge on MA products and support the sales cycle process through the successful closure of deals. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate proven capability: Strong prospecting and new business development experience Meet established revenue targets while creating new and enhanced customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction Manage full lifecycle sales processes which includes identifying and initiating new sales opportunities by prospecting new clients and leveraging off existing client. relationships, sales presentations and contract negotiations Generate new revenue from research, product and service solutions and defend & growing existing revenue streams Represent the company at industry and company-sponsored events, as required Respond to RFIs and RFPs Demonstrate the superiority and value of our solutions to potential and existing clients Partner with the wider sales team to build the sales pipeline and promote Moody's Analytics solutions Provide guidance and leadership to existing members of the KYC & Data sales team Assist senior sales management with sales strategy development and implementation Knowledge of Singaporean banks and experience working with clients in the ASEAN financial and corporate industry Travel required within ASEAN (up to 20%) About the team Our Compliance and Third-Party Risk Management team is responsible for driving the sales pipeline in the APAC region supporting the wider sales initiative. Working closely with the relationship management team to identify the needs of the client and demonstrating the capabilities of Moody's compliance solutions to support the clients' business objectives.
