Senior Accounting Business Analyst

About the job: As a Consultant, you will acquire first-hand consulting experience in the banking industry, build knowledge on a wide range of companies, and apply project management best practices in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging work environment. You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. You will bring extensive experience of automating manual processes, diagnosing existing inefficiencies and proposing innovative solutions based on specific needs. Ability to translate high-level requirements into detailed documentation within the organizations context. Ability to evaluate and analyse existing business processes and uncover areas for improvement Ensure that user stories have sufficient details so that developers can estimate and work with them. About you: Degree holder in Accounting or any relevant courses; CPA, CFA certification is a plus. At least 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Accounting, Budgeting and Financial Reporting. Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, budgeting cycles, and management reporting within a banking or corporate finance environment. Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate into actionable business system requirements. Experience with OneStream is strongly preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders. Team player with a strong ability to drive risk initiatives across business functions.
