A well-established High Net Worth (HNW) insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced Case Manager to support its growing portfolio of affluent and UHNW clients. This role sits at the heart of the business, working closely with senior advisers, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless policy execution and exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary case management support for HNW insurance portfolios, from onboarding to policy issuance and renewals Coordinate with insurers on quotations, underwriting requirements, documentation, and follow-ups Prepare and manage policy applications, endorsements, renewals, and claims documentation Liaise closely with advisers to ensure timely execution of client instructions Provide high-touch servicing to HNW / UHNW clients , maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times Track case progress, manage timelines, and ensure service standards are consistently met Support compliance and regulatory requirements, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience Requirements Prior experience as a Case Manager, Client Service Executive, or Insurance Support role within: Insurance brokerage, or HNW / UHNW insurance, wealth management, or private banking environment Strong understanding of life insurance and/or general insurance processes Comfortable managing multiple cases concurrently in a fast-paced environment Highly organised, detail-oriented, and service-driven Strong communication skills with the ability to engage insurers, advisers, and sophisticated clients High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive client information Relevant insurance certifications (e.g. CMFAS, M9/M5/M8) would be advantageous Why This Role Opportunity to work within a boutique HNW-focused brokerage Exposure to complex, bespoke insurance solutions for affluent clients Stable role with long-term career development potential Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience Interested candidates you may submit your resume in word format to jeremy.tang@quesscorp.sg.
