What you do Your responsibilities will include: Transaction Support: Assist in all stages of corporate finance transactions, including IPOs, secondary fundraising, and M&A advisory. Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth industry and company research to support transaction execution. Presentation Materials: Assist in the preparation of compelling materials for internal and external meetings, including pitchbooks, presentations, and teasers. Financial Modeling & Valuation: Develop financial models, perform valuation analyses (e.g., DCF, sensitivity analysis, comparable company analysis), and support due diligence efforts. Team Support: Provide general support to team members as needed. Who you work with The Corporate Finance team within Global Investment Banking advises clients on a wide range of strategic transactions, helping them achieve their financial goals. You'll collaborate with experienced bankers, analysts, and associates in a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment. Who you are Open to learning and eager to contribute to a high-performing team. Highly motivated with excellent writing and analytical skills. Resilient and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Familiarity with Bloomberg, Eikon, and MergerMarket is a plus. Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in any discipline. Able to commit to a full-time internship of at least 6 months.
