About the Role As a part of the AIA Corporate Solutions Division, the Sales and Marketing LIG Business Development Manager will report to the Manager, Sales & Marketing (LIG & Marketing Communications) and be involved in the creation of worksite/virtual customer events/digital marketing campaigns for AIA Tied Distribution channel to cross-sell Life Insurance to existing insured members of corporate insurance base. This role will also manage an independent group of health and wellness vendors under AIA Flagship employee engagement program "AIA Workplace Wellbeing" to ensure its viability and relevance to the Employee Benefits market. In summary, the candidate will be responsible to develop, monitor and execute growth strategies for Life in Group business to achieve exponential growth. Responsibilities: Manage and develop the group of health and wellness vendors under the "Workwell with AIA" programme, establishing the service level agreements to achieve the sustainability, viability and relevance of the programme in the Employee Benefits market. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns with internal and external stakeholders to drive 3rd party affinity tie ups to increase the overall business opportunities in Lead Generation LIG (Digital Lead Gen campaigns, AIA+, TPA Platform, Whitecoat, TSE) Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and enhance the Digital ecosystem management and enhancement (such as WorkWell Booking Platform, Sparkling, AIA+, iSMART) Key member in regular steerco committee (LIG Steerco, CS-IVS Steerco, WorkWell Steerco) Work with multiple stakeholders including Customer & Digital Marketing, Agency Management, Technology, including Group Agency and Group Corporate Solutions offices to drive Life in Group opportunities for the AIA Tied Distribution channel. Create new and multiple (onsite and digital) access strategies for AIA Consultants to engage the employees and dependant of AIA Corporate Customers for cross-sell opportunities of Life insurance Manage the compilation and dissemination of regular reports, providing actionable insights and communicate opportunities for LIG adoption with the AIA Tied Distribution Channel, such as weekly monitoring of LIG events created, conversion of business, value of new business generated etc. Influence the life product mix sold by agents at onsite/webinars events by working with Marketing to develop sales materials and collaborate with Agency Management to develop sales incentives. Work with AIA Talent Development to develop best practise training programmes to increase the skillset of Consultants in articulating the WorkWell Programme proposition and maximising cross selling opportunities at all worksite events. Collaborate with Agency Management at working level with the Cluster Senior Directors of Agencies to communicate and promote new LIG initiatives across the AIA Tied Distribution. To seek participation in industry wellness events, such as exhibition, symposiums, conferences, etc. Any other projects or tasks as assigned Requirements: Five (5) years of relevant experience in the employee benefits/ workplace wellness industry. Good interpersonal skills to work with vast group of stakeholders Good organizational and communication skills Attention to details in data entry, documentation handling Able to work independently and align to organization goals Able to work shift and weekends when required Positive attitude and able to work under pressure with tight timeline Proficiency in MS Office apps Knowledge of Group Insurance (Employee Benefits) products Past experience in Insurance Sales Advisory, preferably with Employee Benefits Distribution Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
