Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Associate Director with strategic vision and exceptional leadership skills to join our rapidly growing Singapore team. This role will involve a core manager of the business line, responsible for driving the strategic development and execution of key business segments, leading the team to achieve business objectives, and being deeply involved in regional business decisions. Ideal candidates should possess strong business acumen, cross-departmental collaboration skills, and practical experience driving business growth in complex environments. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Execution: Participate in the development of the medium- to long-term growth strategy for the assigned business line, lead the team to achieve annual business targets, and be accountable for business performance and market share. Team Management and Empowerment: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a high-performance culture and enhancing overall team capabilities through effective coaching and mentoring. Business Development and Innovation: Identify new market opportunities and growth points, lead the exploration and implementation of new businesses, new products, or new cooperation models, and drive business innovation and revenue diversification. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with product, technology, marketing, risk, finance, and other functional departments to ensure efficient resource synergy and jointly promote the smooth implementation of key projects and strategic initiatives. Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders (including regional management, major clients, partners, and regulatory agencies). Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure all business activities comply with company policies and Singapore regulatory requirements, identifying and managing potential risks in business operations. Market Insights and Analysis: Continuously track market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs, providing management with decision-making recommendations based on in-depth analysis. Job Requirements: Master's degree or above in finance, economics, business management, or a related field. At least 10 years of work experience in fintech, financial services, consulting, or a related industry, including at least 5 years in a senior management position with team management experience. Proven strong strategic thinking and business planning abilities, with experience successfully leading complex projects or business lines to growth. A deep understanding of payments, financial services, or corporate treasury management, with a broad industry network and resources is preferred. Exceptional leadership, influence, and communication skills; able to effectively motivate teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills; able to make decisive decisions in ambiguous and fast-paced environments. Fluent in both English and Chinese, with excellent written and oral communication skills. An international perspective; cross-cultural work or management experience is preferred.
