The Body Firm is a high end beauty salon for over 17 years. We are easygoing and friendly employer currently looking for the right Manager or Assistant Manager to join our team.
If you are a self motivated and ambitious team player, we want to work with you.
- Competitive salary package (Basic, commission plus cash bonus), potential earning from $3,500 to $6000 plus plus per month if you are skillful in selling
- Annual leave 14 days plus half day on eve of Chinese New Year, Christmas and New Year
- Alternate 5 & 6 day week, shift is 9 hours per day
Responsiblities include:
- Lead, guide, train, support and motivate staff members in terms of selling
- Manage the whole sales & operations of two outlets in Delfi Orchard and Raffles City
- General administrative duties
- Attend to enquiries, appointments and follow up on all leads
- Ability to do hands on when required
- Achieving individual, group and cash bonus targets
Pre-requisites:
- Secondary/Professional certificate/Beauty diploma
- Minimum 5 years experience within Beauty & Wellness Inustry is a must
- Great pleasant personality with excellent selling skills
- Experienced senior Consultant or Therapist can be considered and groomed to be an Assistant Manager
