Be at the frontline of emergency readiness and security, ensuring healthcare facilities are prepared for crises and safeguarded for staff and patients

Job Scope:

Emergency Preparedness (EP)

  • Act as the coordinator with relevant authorities on emergency preparedness matters.
  • Ensure operational readiness for civil emergencies, pandemics, national crises, and other health-related threats.
  • Support emergency planning for new facilities, including infrastructure and staff training.
  • Lead and coordinate drills, exercises, and training to test and refine emergency response plans.

Security Management

  • Serve as the point-of-contact for security matters under national frameworks.
  • Propose and implement security initiatives, working with clinic management teams to strengthen physical and operational security.
  • Establish security committees, review and enhance security measures, and coordinate with law enforcement agencies.
  • Organize security awareness activities, training, and exercises (e.g., bomb threat scenarios).
  • Advise on security requirements for new facility planning.

Data & Reporting

  • Promote data-driven decision making in daily operations.
  • Develop and track KPIs, generating reports to assess EP and security performance.

Projects & Committees

  • Participate in inter-agency working groups and contribute to special projects and national exercises.
  • Support deployment initiatives and represent the organization in emergency operations committees.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Public Health or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
