Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Liaising with Planning Logistic Team on shipment arrangement
  • Coordinating with Warehouse Team on shipment readiness
  • Preparing necessary shipment documents (Eg. Property Release Note)
  • Performing check on physical & documentation of shipment to ensure all in order
  • Checking incoming material PO in SAP and receiving incoming material into WMS
  • Any other duties as assigned by superior

Qualification

  • Local Diploma graduate (Logistics Management / Supply Chain Management)

Experience

  • Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of relevant experience

Skills Required (Must Have)

  • Good two-way communication, planning, and negotiation skills
  • Good analytical and people management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient in Advanced Excel and Formulas
  • Knowledge in SAP and WMA applications would be a plus
