The successful incumbent can look forward to being part of the highly committed & fun-loving teaching team in their journey to uphold the high-quality early learning environment for our young learners.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the pre-school.
  • Oversee curriculum planning and professional matters, providing inputs and perspectives, and mentoring teachers in areas of pedagogy, delivery and use of tools and resources
  • In collaboration with the team, nurture and support the children in their personal, social and academic growth by designing and delivering dynamic and responsive learning programmes.
  • Ensure that planning, preparation, recording, assessment and reporting meet the children's needs and the School's philosophy
  • Value holistic education
  • Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
    Able to lead a centre independently.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or Degree in any discipline, with Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL)
  • At least 1 years of experience for Principal role or 2 years for Vice-Principal role in a pre-school setting and exposure in a supervisory role
  • Experience as a Senior Teacher may be considered for Vice-Principal role
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge in curriculum and teaching pedagogy
  • Strong leadership qualities with passion in equipping and inspiring children's lives
  • Experience in handling SPARK Certification process
    Hands-on experience in mentoring and coaching educators towards quality teaching practices
