What you'll be doing
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports, contracts, and invoices
- Providing administrative support for the procurement of materials and equipment
- Performing general office duties, such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and filing documents
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of project deliverables
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or project support role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality in all work tasks
