At HEINEKEN, we believe in pushing the boundaries of what's possible with technology. As the frontrunner on the disruptive tech of GenAI, HEINEKEN is setting up its Global GenAI Lab based out of Singapore. As a Global GenAI Lab Intern, you'll be immersed in a culture of innovation and experimentation, working on exciting projects that have the potential to transform our business. You'll gain hands-on experience, learn from top industry professionals, and contribute to initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.

This 6-month internship, based in our dynamic Singapore office, will have you working directly with the APAC Digital & Technology Director. If you're passionate about AI, Data Science, and Generative AI, and eager to contribute to cutting-edge projects, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Hands on experience in building GenAI products in partnership with Analytics and Digital teams.

  2. Consolidation and prioritization of GenAI use cases in the region. We already have productionized GenAI products such as Intelligent Dashboards (GenAI implementation on structured data) & are in the process of implementing many high impact global products for HEINEKEN such as Knowledge Management, Consumer and Customer Care, Sentiment Analysis, Internal Data Augmentation, Summarizing Policies and Documentation etc.)

Qualifications/Experience/Skills:

  • Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in AI/ML/Data Science/GenAI/ Business analytics/Statistics/Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in analytical programming languages such as Python
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with internal communications is a plus.
  • Knowledge of techniques and developments in the area of Generative AI. Experience in building GenAI solutions is a plus.
  • Highly Proficient in MS Office.
  • Fluent in English.
