Job Description

About the Job:

  • Support the sales team through equipment setup, user demonstrations, and customer training on both hardware and software.
  • Deliver post-sales technical assistance and maintenance services for clients across Singapore and other ASEAN regions.
  • Offer technical insights and application solutions to address customers' challenges effectively.
  • Participate in organizing product introductions, workshops, and seminar activities.
  • Handle and prepare biological samples for testing or demonstration purposes.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Science or Engineering.
  • Prior experience or understanding of microscopy is advantageous.
  • Capable of working independently while contributing effectively within a team.
  • Highly organized, proactive, dependable, and adaptable.
  • Possesses good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willing to travel overseas occasionally as required.
