Our client is a leading charity healthcare provider. They are looking for Singapore-qualified Doctors for their various medical centres in Singapore.
Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships and Fundraising
Job Responsibilities:
- Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of key fundraising events, such as community health day, donor appreciation events, and special campaigns.
- Grant Application: Research, write and submit grant applications to secure funding from foundation and corporate partners.
- Impact Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate reporting to donors, highlighting how their contributions have impacted the programs.
- Stakeholders Collaboration: Work closely with the internal stakeholders to identify funding needs and craft targeted fundraising strategies.
- Communication: Partner with Corporate Communications team to create materials that effectively communicate client's mission and funding needs.
- Compliance: Ensure all fundraising activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
- Staff Development: Mentor and develop team members to build their skills and prepare them for leadership roles, ensuring strong pipeline for succession planning.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in related fields.
- Minimum 5 years in fundraising from a Voluntary Welfare Organisation.
- Strong event planning and project management skills.
- Proactive, organized and detailed team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
