Service Crew

The primary role of the **Service, Crew **is to provide support to the Restaurant Supervisor or Manager and any other persons or companies assigned, in a professional and timely manner. This individual possesses communication, service oriented, friendly, approachable, people management skill and good team player.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and provide excellent service experience to all customers
- Take orders in system, serve customers, and clear tables
- To perform duties at the cashier, ensuring that payments are being charged correctly
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Adhere to Operational SOP's set-in place to ensure a seamless operation
- Ensure the cleanliness of the establishment is up to standard
- Manage stock take and inventory for retail items.
- Communicate with both patrons and team members with regards to recommendations and feedback
- Any other duties as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.
**Requirements**:
- Previous work experience in F&B is an advantage.
- High standard of personal hygiene
- Able to communicate in English. Ability to speak and understand other languages would be an advantage
- Good working attitude and an outgoing individual with a passion in customer service
- Friendly and enjoys meeting people
- Energetic, cheerful, and vibrant
