Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the architectural coordination and installation process on construction sites.
- Coordinate with architectural subcontractors to ensure proper scheduling, communication, and execution of design plans.
- Develop and review architectural drawings, detailing, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all architectural-related issues on the construction site, working to resolve any disputes or challenges that may arise.
- Collaborate with project managers, project engineers, and management to ensure coordination and alignment of architectural plans with overall project goals.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with architectural specifications.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records related to architectural coordination activities.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate with client, subcontractors, project team, and other parties involved in the project.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Architectural/ Engineering/ Construction or any other discipline related to Building Construction
- At least 5 years of experience in the building construction field, with a strong preference for at least 3 years of experience especially focused on high-end residential projects
- Fluency in English, and spoken proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Able to read and understand construction technical drawings, detailing & documentation
- Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Sketchup, etc.)
- Familiarity with coordination across disciplines (Structural, M&E, and ID)
- Willing to work on-site
