Job Summary

This position supports an annual data collection and analysis exercise that involves liaising with multiple stakeholders through calls and emails to guide them in data submission. Collected data requires thorough cleaning and detailed analysis. Some care settings do not use the online platform, requiring manual data collection.

The data generated is frequently used to inform policy and decision-making, and ad-hoc analysis requests are common. The role also contributes to ongoing system enhancement projects by providing feedback on pain points, use cases, and updated data needs. Additionally, the role assists with logistical support for meetings involving various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare annual local-foreign workforce and attrition analyses.
  • Collect, clean, and manage data for current and upcoming reporting periods.
  • Review data collection modules and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency; collaborate with IT to develop new manpower data modules on existing platforms.
  • Support ad-hoc data requests and analyses.
  • Provide administrative support, including meeting coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong proficiency in the suite of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
  • Able to write and communicate clearly
  • Comfortable with stakeholder management
  • Needs to be organized and have logical thinking
  • Comfortable with data-cleaning and reconciliation of erroneous data
