Manpower needed for PAC-MAN & Friends (11 Dec 2025 – 11 Jan 2026)

Location: Palawan Green & Angsana 1, Sentosa

Event Days: 11 Dec Jan days)

Event Hours:

• Weekdays: 3PM - 10PM [NYE: 3PM - 1230AM]
• Weekends: 12PM - 10PM

• Media Day (11 Dec 2025, Thursday)

• 4:30PM - 10:30PM (6 hours, no break)

• Weekdays (Monday - Thursday)

• 2:30PM - 10:30PM (8 hours, with 1hr unpaid break)

• Hourly Rates: $10 - 12/hr // $15/hr on PH

Zones & Responsibilities:

1. Challenge Arena Tentage - Queue control, game briefing, controller reset & safety

(2 Pax on Weekdays / 4 Pax on Weekends)

• * Manage player registration and queue flow
• * Brief players on game rules and safety
• * Assist with controller reset and sanitisation between sessions
• * Monitor LED screens for errors or restarts
• * Crowd engagement to keep energy up

• * Assist with ad-hoc operational needs such as restocking materials, moving equipment, or resolving participant issues etc

• Maze Zone Tentage: General *(4 Pax DAILY)

• * Flow control, LED reset, guest assistance, child support

• * Monitor entry/exit points and flow within the maze
• * Guide players in case of disorientation or crowd buildup
• * Reset props/power pellets and maintain LED cues
• * Assist kids and families safely through the interactive maze
• * Monitor motion-sensor zones and troubleshoot if needed

• * Assist with ad-hoc operational needs such as restocking materials, moving equipment, or resolving participant issues etc

• Maze Zone Tentage: Game Referee (1 Pax DAILY)

• * Oversees gameplay inside the Pac-Man Maze, ensuring fair play and safety rules are followed

• * Provides instructions and briefing to participants before the game starts
• * Monitors the progress of each game round, starting and ending the timer
• * Enforces rules such as no physical contact and correct movement within the maze
• * Coordinates with Pac-Man Ghost Chasers to create an engaging and safe experience

• * Assist with ad-hoc operational needs such as restocking materials, moving equipment, or resolving participant issues etc

• Token Counters - Challenge Arena + Maze Zone (2 Pax DAILY)

• * Manage the exchange of game tokens for participants at all activity zones

• * Keep an accurate count of tokens distributed and collected
• * Ensure smooth flow of participants between purchase/collection points and gameplay areas
• * Assist in maintaining adequate stock of tokens at all times
• * Report token usage and stock levels to the zone supervisor at the end of each day

• * Assist with ad-hoc operational needs such as restocking materials, moving equipment, or resolving participant issues etc

• *Ticketing Booths/Entrance* (3 Pax on Weekdays / 5 Pax on Weekends)

• * Operate ticket counters, handling both cash and cashless transactions

• * Issue tickets to participants for different activity zones, including the Pac-Man Maze
• * Provide participants with key information such as gameplay schedules, location maps, and event rules
• * Tag Guests with Event Wristbands
• * Checking to ensure all Guests are tagged with Event Wristbands
• * Providing Ticketing information (QR Codes to purchase tickets online)
• * Handle basic customer queries and direct visitors to the correct zone
• * Assist with ad-hoc operational needs such as restocking materials, moving equipment, or resolving participant issues etc

*Terms & Conditions*

• To earn $12/hr, you must work at least 5 days per week.
• If you work less than 5 days in a week, the rate will be $10/hr for that week.
• On Public Holidays (PH): You'll earn $15/hr if you work on the PH itself and at least 4 other days in that same week.
• If you work on a PH but do not meet the 4-day rule, your rate will be $10/hr for that PH day.
• Weekday Shift: Fixed shift (Mon–Thu, 2:30PM–10:30PM).
• Weekend Shifts: Candidates can choose Shift A, Shift B, or Shift C based on availability.
