As a Clinical Audiologist, you will be responsible for providing repair and fine-tuning services for patients referred from government hospitals, as well as assisting with staff purchase cases. Your work will play a crucial part in maintaining the high standards of our audiology center, where the quality of after-sales support directly influences brand recommendations and drives sales performance. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine clinical expertise with meaningful contributions to business growth.

What you will do
  • Provide specialized in-house clinical audiology services focused on hearing devices and equipment
  • Provide clinical support and conduct product training sessions for both customers and the general public
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth service center operations
  • Play a key role in the regional Clinical Excellence team, contributing to the execution of strategic regional projects.
What you bring

Experience

  • BSc or Msc in Audiology, with preference for 1-3 years of work experience in a clinical setting
  • Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with our Chinese-speaking customers.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
