We support main contractors with material supply, technical assistance, and sustainable building solutions.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Civil & Structural Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, analysis, and technical support of structural systems using ALC panels and other sustainable materials. This role involves close coordination with main contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure structural integrity and project efficiency.

  • Perform structural design and analysis for precast and lightweight concrete systems
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, design calculations, specifications, and reports
  • Use structural design software such as STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE , or equivalent
  • Coordinate with architects, M&E engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders
  • Conduct site visits, design coordination meetings, and resolve technical issues during construction
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, authority requirements, and safety standards
  • Support tenders and proposals by providing technical input, calculations, and documentation
  • Contribute to value engineering , buildability reviews, and safety-in-design assessments

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction industry.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, or equivalent design software .
  • Familiar with Eurocode, BS codes, and Singapore Building Regulations .
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
