Job Summary

The Retail Sales & Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing in-store customer interactions and supporting marketing activities to grow brand awareness in Singapore. This role blends retail sales, client relationship management, and marketing execution. You will advise customers on bullion products, assist with secure transactions, and contribute to promotional efforts both online and offline.

Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Sales

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and product knowledge.
  • Advise clients on gold, silver, and bullion product features, pricing, and storage options.
  • Handle transactions securely and accurately in compliance with company and MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) guidelines.
  • Maintain store displays, track stock levels, and ensure showroom presentation standards.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Assist with local marketing campaigns, in-store promotions, and events.
  • Create and manage social media posts tailored to Singaporean and regional audiences.
  • Support digital marketing (emails, blog updates, customer engagement).
  • Collect customer insights and suggest improvements for promotions and product offerings.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build trust-based relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with clients.
  • Provide after-sales support, including buyback services and product inquiries.

Job Type: Full-time
