College Intern - Business Analyst

What a College Intern - Business Analyst does at HP:

  • As a Business Analyst Intern at HP, you won't just analyze data – you'll be the driving force behind insights that shape business decisions. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, involves:
  • Uncover hidden patterns, trends, and insights to make our business strategies stand out.
  • Be the architect of efficiency Design and develop Power BI dashboards to provide real-time data visualization and reporting.
  • Automate data collection, transformation, and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Translate complex business data into meaningful insights and user-friendly reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Individuals who thrive in this role at HP typically possess:

  • Currently enrolled in a university program with a focus on business analysis, data science, business management, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams
  • Some experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and report/dashboard creation.
  • Ability to commit for a full-time internship for 5-6 months, starting in January 2026.
