Teacher - Mental Arithmetic Trainer

Salary: Basic S$2,800–3,000/month · Gross up to ~S$2,800–3,600/month (role/ performance dependent)

Schedule

• Tuesday (before passing teacher evaluation): 12:30pm – 9:30pm
• Tuesday (after passing teacher evaluation): 4:30pm – 9:30pm
• Wednesday–Friday: 12:30pm – 9:30pm
• Saturday: 10:15am – 7:15pm
• Rest days: 8 days/month

What You'll Do

• Conduct small-group classes (online & in-person) for children aged 3–12
• Use interactive methods to engage and inspire students
• Partner with parents to track progress and support development
• Uphold classroom safety, discipline and a positive learning environment

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
• ≥1 year of teaching/tutoring experience preferred (passionate fresh grads welcome)
• Genuine love for teaching and connecting with children
• Growth mindset: willing to learn, adapt and improve
• Positive, energetic, and values-driven
• Able to work on Saturdays
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• English proficiency for teaching, documentation and parent communication
• (No prior abacus/mental-arithmetic background required—training provided)
