Sales Support Position

Singapore River MARINSMART GLOBAL SERVICE PTE. LTD. Full time $40,000 - $80,000 per year

Order Processing and Follow-up:

  • Responsible for receiving customer orders and recording order information in detail.
  • Track the execution progress of orders to ensure timely processing in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Communicate closely with relevant departments such as Engineering & Technical Services and Storage & Transportation, coordinate engineers for smooth construction, and ensure the smooth production services of orders and delivery of spare parts.

Customer Service and Communication:

  • Act as a bridge between customers and the company, and timely convey customer needs and feedback.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery time, and other related issues.
  • Handle customer complaints, actively coordinate internal resources to resolve problems, and improve customer satisfaction.

Document Management and Data Entry:

  • Responsible for the sorting, filing, and safekeeping of order-related documents.
  • Accurately enter order information into the company system to ensure data completeness and accuracy.

Payment Collection and Reconciliation:

  • Track the collection of order payments to ensure timely recovery of funds.
  • Conduct regular account reconciliation with customers to ensure clear and accurate accounts.

Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Management, or related majors.

Sales Experience: Relevant industry sales experience, familiar with products and services in ship repair or related fields.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and expression skills in both English and Chinese, able to establish good cooperative relationships with customers.

Sales Skills: Proficient in sales techniques, including market development, negotiation, and customer management.

Goal-Oriented: Clear sales goals and a positive sales attitude, able to achieve sales targets. Stress Resistance: Ability to work in a high-pressure and highly competitive market environment with strong stress resistance.

Teamwork: Good teamwork spirit, able to collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
