Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and responsible Office Cleaner to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to maintaining a clean, hygienic, and safe environment for our clients and staff. This role requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of designated areas.
  • Clean and sanitize common areas, restrooms, and kitchen facilities.
  • Dispose of waste and recycling in a proper and timely manner.
  • Maintain hygiene and tidiness of the office.
  • Preparing beverage for guest when needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of Coffee Machine and replenishing vending machine products when required.
  • Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Prior cleaning experience is preferred.
  • Able to perform light manual labor including lifting moderate weight.
  • A good attitude, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • This is an in-house position. Preference for Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Progressive Wage Model (PWM) Adherence: This position's wages are in compliance with Singapore's Progressive Wage Model for the cleaning sector. We are looking for Full-Time or Permanent Part-Time only.
