Job Description
Film / communications / acting students grads; someone with basic background from now till end September for ongoing deadlines. You should be resourceful, adequate at Photoshop, Powerpoint, have good communication and organisational skills.
Opportunity to attend a feature film shoot in September.
Some basic duties include
- Assist with brainstorming/ sourcing of suitable talents for current deadlines
- Rounding up of background extras for South East Asian rom com movie
- Assist with setting up of auditions, registration of talents on audition days, standing in as eyeline or as reader during auditions
- Schedule checks including liaising with talents and agents, setting up audition appointments
- Downloading audition videos and snaps, updating log sheets on a daily or alternate day basis
- Paperwork including compiling photo decks for PPMs including simple touch up of headshots whenever necessary. Simple editing of audition videos.
- Shoot attendance. Looking after the cast's welfare on shoot days, ensuring a smooth production
Interns will experience the entire casting process for advertisements from pre-production to fruition.
