Job Summary: An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the construction industry, focusing on project management and sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise and communicate with contractors and clients.
  • Identify and evaluate tender opportunities from both public and private sectors.
  • Lead or coordinate the preparation of project proposals, quotations, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and tender documents, ensuring submissions are compliant and competitive.
  • Attend to sales inquiries and build long-term partnerships with current clients and contractors.
  • Deliver technical presentations, offer engineered design solutions, and conduct demonstrations.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate, cost-effective solutions.
  • Conduct commercial negotiations with clients for potential and ongoing projects.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and project scope to close sales deals and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Technical and Operation departments to develop technical solutions and strategies for client applications.
  • Interact with all levels to ensure that projects are being carried out and utilizing the necessary resources.
  • Manage projects upon award of tender, especially in commercial-related issues.
  • Follow up closely on project processes from inception to completion to ensure they are within specified time, cost, and in line with required quality and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the central liaison between internal departments, subcontractors, suppliers, and the client to ensure seamless project delivery performance.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales or project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Willingness to travel to various sites.
