We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Product Engineer /Product Manager to support the delivery of integrated electrical solutions involving Power Transformers, Distribution Transformers, Switchgear, and Busway Systems across Singapore and Malaysia.

This role includes supporting the Regional Sales team, conducting technical training and working closely with clients in key sectors such as Utilities, Infrastructure, and Oil & Gas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and tailor technical electrical system solutions to meet customer and project requirements.
  • Provide technical support to the regional sales team, including technical proposals, tender documentation, and customer presentations.
  • Liaise with internal teams for solution customization, product configuration, and delivery coordination.
  • Conduct internal and customer-facing technical training sessions on product applications and systems.
  • Support customer engagements, including site visits and technical clarification meetings in both Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Monitor customer feedback and market trends to enhance product competitiveness.
  • Ensure all technical solutions meet required industry standards and customer specifications.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (BSE) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in system integration, preferably in Utilities, Infrastructure, or Oil & Gas sectors.
  • Basic knowledge of power transformers, switchgear, and busway systems is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting technical information.
  • Capable of conducting structured training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Fresh graduates may be considered, depending on their attitude, passion, and willingness to learn.
