Job Description

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and lead regional process innovation strategy aligned with company and HQ objectives.

  • Establish an efficient and scalable operating environment to support business expansion and operational excellence.

Business Process Improvement

  • Oversee design and implementation of new operating models, process workflows, and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with HQ PI organization on process design, automation projects, and continuous improvement frameworks.

Project Management

  • Lead and monitor regional improvement projects from planning to execution, ensuring successful implementation and sustainability.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among operations, IT, and business teams to achieve project milestones.

Operational Excellence & Risk Management

  • Continuously review and optimize warehouse and transport operations for efficiency and cost competitiveness.
  • Identify and eliminate operational risks through data-driven analysis and process control mechanisms.

Performance Management

  • Drive performance monitoring through KPIs, cost analysis, and productivity reviews.
  • Provide leadership guidance and performance insights to regional PI teams and local management.

People & Change Leadership

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes across countries and sites.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Process Innovation, Operations Excellence, or Business Transformation within logistics, warehouse, or transportation sectors.
  • Proven track record in leading regional or cross-border PI projects.
  • Experience in collaborating with global teams and managing regional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities to drive alignment across teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with process automation and performance tools.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Ability to work with diverse teams across the region.
