Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that foster children's language, literacy, and numeracy skills.

  • Assist the Lead Teacher in managing the classroom, ensuring a safe and nurturing learning environment.

  • Observe and document children's progress, and collaborate with the teaching team to tailor learning experiences.

  • Actively participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development activities.

  • Support the implementation of the centre's curriculum and educational philosophy.

  • Maintain open communication with parents and families, providing regular updates on children's development.

What we're looking for

  • A recognised teaching qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

  • Demonstrated experience in working with young children, preferably in a preschool or childcare setting.

  • Creativity and a passion for engaging children through play-based learning.

  • Fluency in English, with the ability to provide English language instruction.
