Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform quality testing and inspection on incoming, in-process, and finished products.

  • Issuance of quality certificates (COC/COA).

  • Perform predictive maintenance and scheduled instrument calibration.

  • Review and evaluate batch production and daily analysis data by IGP

  • Monitor laboratory consumables such as standard gas, reagents, and related items.

  • Documentation and preparation.

  • Ensure good housekeeping.

  • Provide backup support for QC department.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the QC Manager.

Qualification and Skills

  • NITEC/Diploma in Science or Engineering

  • Preferred to have knowledge of analyzing equipment such as GC- PDHID/TCD/FID/SCD and online analyzer

  • May require to work after office hours due to ad-hoc events.

  • Physical work is required

  • Good planning and organisational skills.

  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft office is required

  • Only Singaporean
