Responsibilities

Business Support

  • Assist regional business office team with multi-year forecasts, outlook processes, month-end variance analysis, and allocation of clients.
  • Consolidate regional headcount, budgets, and administrative requirements.
  • Prepare meeting materials and manage follow-ups for business meetings, and townhalls.
  • Coordination of internal communications, dashboards, and reports for regional stakeholders.

Analytics

  • Consolidate and validate regional data
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data submissions to regional teams.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track performance, client experience, and risk management.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support regional decision-making.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements, including automation opportunities for recurring reporting.

Project Support

  • Support regional business execution initiatives by consolidating requirements, connecting stakeholders, and tracking execution.
  • Assist with strategic and ad hoc projects for APAC teams.
  • Manage requests from APAC leadership with accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business / Finance / Real Estate / Statistics
  • 4 to 5 years of related experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
